Akbank Direkt’s mobile banking app lets users perform almost any banking operation without having to go to a brick-and-mortar branch. Akbank wanted to improve user satisfaction and reduce traffic at its branches by telling customers about the conveniences of mobile banking.
We identified the target audience as readers of Capital and Ekonomist magazines, the leading business and economics publications, as well as CHIP and PCnet, which offer highly anticipated mobile app reviews.
We developed native content for Akbank called New Life at Work, 8 Conveniences at Work!. In the article with short and entertainment items, we gave entertaining examples of the conveniences the internet and smartphones have brought to our lives, the greatest being mobile banking. After reading our content, users could watch Akbank’s fun video and download the Akbank Direkt application.
